By 2029, revenue is expected to reach $12 billion a year. 

Compared with onshore wind power, the operation and maintenance cost of offshore wind power accounts for a higher proportion. The main reason is that the operation and maintenance of offshore wind power is greatly affected by the environment, such as sea breeze and wave, and personnel risks, which increase the maintenance cost of offshore wind turbines. Therefore, it is predicted that as a new operation and maintenance testing tool, underwater robot will become the most effective tool for offshore wind power underwater pile foundation testing and cable laying.
